- Your order ships the next working day, then arrives in 3 to 5 working days. The estimated date is shown on every product page.
- Orders to the European Union ship from France: no customs duties or charges on delivery.
- Orders to Switzerland ship from Lausanne.
- United Kingdom: parcels ship from France; customs duties and UK VAT may be charged on delivery, paid by the recipient.
- United States, Canada, French overseas territories: customs charges may apply on delivery, paid by the recipient.
- Tracking: you receive an email with the tracking number when your order ships; you can also follow your parcel under “Track your order”.
Returns
- Bottles: within 14 days of delivery, if the bottle is unopened, in its original sealed packaging. Every bottle comes with a 3 ml miniature of the same perfume: try it first; you can return the unopened bottle even if the miniature has been used.
- Discovery Kit: not returnable or exchangeable — its voucher, worth the kit's price, works on the bottle of your choice, with no expiry date.
- Gift cards: not refundable. A perfume bought with a gift card can be exchanged on the same terms as any bottle.
- To return an item: email hello@joojina.com with your order number; we send you the instructions.
- Return shipping: paid by us.
