Return & Refund Policy
At Joojina, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to absolutely love your perfumes. Please read our return policy carefully below.
1. Our General Return Policy (Applicable to All Customers)
We offer a 14-day return policy for our products (excluding exceptions mentioned below). This means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original, sealed packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Specific Return Policy for Full-Size Perfume Bottles (with included trial sample)
We understand that choosing a perfume is a personal experience. That's why each Joojina full-size perfume bottle comes with a complimentary 3ml trial sample of the same fragrance. This allows you to experience the scent on your skin before opening the main bottle.
We accept returns of full-size perfume bottles only if the main bottle remains unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging, even if the complimentary 3ml trial sample has been used.

Specific Conditions for Full-Size Bottle Returns:
- The full-size perfume bottle must be absolutely unopened, in its original cellophane wrapping (if applicable), and undamaged.
- The return must be initiated within the 14 calendar days from the date you received your order.
- The receipt or proof of purchase will be required.
3. Discovery Kits (Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable)
Discovery Kits are designed as a unique opportunity to explore our fragrances. Therefore, Discovery Kits are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
However, for every Discovery Kit purchased, you will receive a voucher equivalent to the price paid for the kit (€25). This voucher can be used towards the purchase of any full-size perfume bottle. Your voucher is valid for 30 days from the date of your Discovery Kit purchase.
4. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at hello@joojina.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

For returns made under our General Return Policy (including full bottles unopened after sample trial):Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

In case of a defective, damaged item, or an error on our part: Joojina will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label.
6. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
7. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods that have been opened or used (with the specific exception of the full-size perfume bottle if its trial sample was used). Discovery Kits are also non-returnable. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
8. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
9. Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

10. Specific Legal Rights for European Union Consumers
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you benefit from additional statutory rights. Notwithstanding our general return policy, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days from the receipt of your item, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in this case.
